About
A young firm that would rather be straight with you.
STR8 GROWTH builds revenue infrastructure for high-ticket service businesses — the search visibility, the advertising, and the AI answering systems that make sure demand actually reaches a human. We are based in Elora, Ontario, Canada.
How we operate
Five things we will not compromise on.
These are not values on a wall. Each one costs us money in some situation, which is the only reason they are worth writing down.
Traffic is not the product. Booked revenue is.
It is trivial to increase impressions, sessions and clicks while the business itself gets no busier. We report on calls answered, enquiries captured, cost per booked job and revenue closed. If a channel moves those numbers we spend more on it. If it does not, we cut it, even when the vanity metrics look excellent.
The leak matters more than the tap.
Almost every business that comes to us asking for more leads is already losing most of the ones it has — to unanswered phones, to enquiries that sit overnight, to quotes nobody chased. Fixing that is faster, cheaper and more profitable than buying more traffic, so we look there first even though it is a smaller sale for us.
You should never have to ask what we did.
A named account lead writes you a plain-language summary every week: what we shipped, what it produced, what we are changing next. No forty-page PDF nobody opens, no quarterly silence, no jargon designed to make routine work sound complicated.
Everything is built in your name.
Your ad accounts, your analytics, your domain, your CRM, your pages. We get access, we do not take ownership. Agencies that hold your accounts hostage are relying on switching costs instead of results, and it tells you exactly how confident they are in the work.
We would rather lose the sale than overstate the case.
SEO is not fast. Not every business needs every channel. Some of the people who contact us would be better served by hiring someone in-house, and we say so. This page has no invented testimonials on it for the same reason — the moment a buyer catches one fabricated claim, everything else you have told them is worthless.
Founder photo goes here — a real face does more for trust than any testimonial.
Who you will be working with
A small firm, on purpose.
STR8 GROWTH is deliberately small. You will not be sold by a director and then handed to a junior who has never run an account — the person who scopes your engagement is involved in delivering it.
That puts a hard ceiling on how many clients we can take at once, which is why the founding client programme is capped at three this quarter rather than being an artificial deadline. It also means we turn down work that is not a fit, because taking it would mean doing it badly.
If you want to know who you would actually be working with before you spend a call finding out, the details are below and the phone number is real.
- One named account lead per client, from scoping through to delivery
- Direct founder involvement on every founding-client account
- Reachable by phone during business hours, not just a ticket form
- Everything built in your name and handed over if you leave
Fit
We are a good fit for some businesses and a bad one for others.
Saying this out loud saves everybody a discovery call. If you are in the right-hand column, we will tell you on the first call rather than three months in.
Worth a conversation
- A single closed job is worth four figures or more
- There is a real conversation in the sales process
- A missed call genuinely costs you money
- You can handle more work if it arrives
- You want to understand what is being done, not just be sent a report
Probably not us
- Low-ticket, high-volume transactional sales
- You need results inside two weeks with no ad budget
- You want someone to guarantee a ranking position
- You are looking for the cheapest possible option
- You want an agency that never questions the brief
Say hello
If any of that sounded like how you want to work, start with the audit.
It is free, it takes about a week, and you keep the findings regardless of what you decide afterwards. Worst case, you get a clear picture of where your marketing is losing money.
